Adult Sunday School Classes

Anita Scott is made up of men and women age 40+ and meets in Room 115. The class is taught by its members and volunteers from outside the classroom using the International Lesson.  They have a quarterly social event and sponsor several projects each year.

Anne Mitchell is a  class of women age 65+.  It meets in Room 106 and is taught by  Chris Goan and Jim Snowden from the International Lesson.

 Clyde Watkins is a class of 40-55 year old men and women and meets in Room 114. Teaching material includes the International Lesson and other studies.  The class is taught by its members.  They have a social event each quarter and sponsor a number of projects each year.

 

Crusaders is a class of men and women ranging in age from 35-55, including singles and couples. The group meets in the Cornerstone Building.  Lessons are taught with the use of different biblically-based materials and taught by class members. They sponsor several outreach activities and have numerous social events.

 

Fellowship Class is made up of men and women age 50-70+, both couples and singles.  The class meets in Room 113 and is taught by Joan Weir the first three Sundays of the month.  The remaining Sunday is taught by a class member utilizing the International
Lesson
.   The class works at The Daily Bread each month.

 

Friendship Class is made up of men and women age 50+.  It meets in Room 116.  Class members share teaching duties from the International Lesson and various subjects of interest.  They are active in the church and community and hold a social event each quarter.

 

Hugh Taylor is a class of men ranging from age 70 and older.  It meets in Room 207.  Guest teachers use the International Lesson.  They sponsor several outreach programs and hold many social events during the year.

 

James Senter Class is made up of couples and singles age 55+.  They meet in Room 112.  They study the International Lesson, which is taught by class members and guest teachers. They have numerous socials and holiday celebrations.

 

New Horizons Class is made up of men and women age 18-29.   This newly formed class is currently meeting in the Crossroads Youth Building.

 

Seekers meet on the upper floor of the Crossroads Youth Building.  The class consists of men and women age 35+, including singles and couples. Members teach using biblically-based materials. The class holds quarterly social and service projects.

 

S.W.I.F.T. (searching and witnessing  in fellowship together) is a newly formed Sunday morning class designed for young adults age 25-35. There are many opportunities for fellowship through game nights, potlucks, retreats, service projects, camping trips, social outings, and much more. It meets in  Room 105, downstairs in the main building and is facilitated by Tom and Kelle Strate. 

Tapestry is a diverse group of couples and singles ranging in age from 25-50.  They meet in Room  103 and have several different teachers and lesson plans.  They hold numerous social events during the year and sponsor church and community projects.

Yater Breeding Class consists of women ranging from 25-95.  They meet in Room 111.  Class is taught by members utilizing the International Lesson.  They are involved in many outreach and mission projects.
